Outstanding service and professionalism... our favourite rug came back looking like new. The team from first contact to getting the rug delivered was brilliant. This is a good company with a strong team. Well done.

My lounge carpet looks amazing after being cleaned. Mitchell even managed to get rid of a stubborn stain so I no longer have to cover it up with a rug. I am a return customer and will definitely be using them again.

5 star service from the start to finish. The lady who took my call was efficient and friendly. She organised for Gemma to come and visit and give me a quote. Gemma was so nice and informative. Easy going and felt comfortable having her in our home. We were super busy after we were given the quote and Gemma called a few days later to check in. I didn’t feel any pressure and appreciated the follow up. Once the appointment was booked the 2 guys who came to the house to clean the carpets took care of everything. They moved things and sorted it all. Again both were super friendly and did an amazing job on the carpets . Can’t recommend enough. A real personal and caring experience which is rare these days. Amended review - following my original review below (photos from that) Rothwell’s got in touch and were extremely apologetic. Sent another tech round on a day of my choice, free of charge of course, and completely redid the stairs and landing, including the edges, and it came up perfectly. Also did the rug spot. Looks like I got someone on a bad day originally and can’t fault the service. Upped from 3 stars to 5 as would definitely use again now. Original review- Good enough job but not perfect. Would have been nice to have been told some of the marks probably wouldn’t come out of both the rug and the carpet so I could have tempered my expectations. Edges and corners not cleaned as well as I expected. But a big difference, very pleasant and tidy worker, no mess and completed on time and quickly.

I had contacted Rothwells because we had a relatively new rug that had been soiled badly by our cat and had a strong cat wee smell. On the first try the smell had not gone but I contacted the company and they immediately agreed to re clean the rug. The service was quick and efficient with great communication and friendliness. The rug is now super clean and super fresh with all the problem smell gone. Very happy with the service!! Thanks.

This is the second time I've used Rothwell's for cleaning my rugs. As with last time, I'm very happy with the result. The fact that they collect and return the rugs is also very helpful. Very friendly service too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them unreservedly.

Graham was professional, friendly and informative. He ensured all carpeted areas were protected before he brought in equipment and cleaned our upholstery. We had our travertine tiled kitchen floor cleaned and polished, and also had our pation cleaned, the pointing touched up, and then sealed. This was a professional job by friendly happy workers who know what they're doing and are a pleasure to have around the property. The kitchen floor is a revelation, having been in place untouched (except for mopping) for 15 years or so.They will be back to weed , clean and reseal our brick paver driveway in the not too distant future. We're lucky to have such a competent, accessible and efficient company within easy reach. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the exceptional service from Gemma who gave us comprehensive information on her initial visit to quote for the work and from Mitchell who made a superb job of the three rooms that were cleaned. He was polite, efficient, hard working and gave some very good advice. The end result was very good value for money and we would highly recommend the company because of them and the equipment they use.
